Electronics Engineer


Born in Caracas in 1951, admitted at McGill University's Faculty of Engineering in 1970 (Montreal, Canada), graduated as an Electronics Engineer at Simón Bolivar University (USB, 1978), graduation thesis on solid-state physics at the Venezuelan Institute of Scientific Research (IVIC, 1978).
Post-graduate work in Management at the Institute for Superior Administrative Studies (IESA, 1985).
Participating in the First Iberoamerican School of Astrobiology (IASA) - The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), NASA, ESA. USB, IDEA, 1999.

My specialty is Personal Computing and I presently work as an Independent Computer Consultant.

Astronomy education is my personal endeavor. I am the webmaster and producer of Observatorio ARVAL.
Educational Outreach astronomer for the Southern Cross Astronomical Society (SCAS) in Miami, Florida.

I am working in Miami, Florida since December 2012.
